_Bio

Born in Ferrara, Italy, on May 3rd 1981, after finishing high school he joined the Italian Air Force in 2001, serving for about 18 months. Since he was a kid he always cultivated an immense passion for Cinema and the performing arts, in fact, as soon as he returned home from his military service in late 2002, he joined several Theater Companies and acting schools in Milan and Rome, performing in many stage plays from 2003 to 2007.

However, his true desire was always to move, someday, to the best place on earth to work in the entertainment business: Los Angeles, California.

Between jobs and Cinema schools, between 2005 and 2007 he took several trips to the United States, serving as a testing ground for future experiences. He ultimately moved to Los Angeles in 2007, enrolling in many acting and directing classes in prestigious schools such as Lee Strasberg's Actor Studio, Stella Adler and Theater Of Arts.

In 2012, after working in several commercials, theater plays and short films he decided to open his first professional American Production Company in 2012 with other partners, called JustPressRec (LLC) producing in just three years eight short films, two TV series, one reality series, one feature film and about 30 commercials.

In 2015 he decided to move on and open his own Production Company, called Perpetuus (LLC) to produce his own projects.

Now, as of 2021, Maximilian Law is the founder and director of the Ferrara Film Festival™, one of the largest film festivals in Italy and the fastest growing one. He's also the founder and director of Live Earth Italy™, an annual global live concert event hosted in Italy for Earth Day and of the World CineX™ in Los Angeles. He's the CEO of the production company Perpetuus™ LLC and he was featured in over 800 press articles as well as on national and International news outlets (SKY News, RAI, Corriere Della Sera, TGCOM24, Mediaset etc.) He’s a Senior executive, marketing manager, film and commercial director, producer and a TV host ("Ferrara Film Festival Talk Show" and "Golden Dragon Awards"). At the Oscars™ 2014 one of his short films ("Tomorrow Will Be Another Day") was finalist at the Academy Awards in the "Best Live Action Short Film" category.

Maximilian also developed many marketing strategies for companies in the U.S., Europe and Latin America, including Government Agencies. With the extensive experience on film and commercial sets, he wrote screenplays for feature and short films under the WGA (Writers Guilt of America) and directed/produced more than 30 commercials, including marketing campaigns for Armani, Unicef, Technicolor, Volvo, Uptime, Italo, Unicredit, Unicef, Fate and many more.
